Dual-citizen from the United States and Honduras with over 10 years of solid experience and diverse capabilities in project management. Josue completed a Project Management Program at Georgetown University, Washington D.C., and Wine and Management Program at the Cordon Bleu, Paris. He is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and intermediate proficient skills in French.
Born in Virginia, but raised in the Cleveland area of Ohio, Tom began his viticulture career in 1989 at Sandcastle Winery in Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania. From 2004 to 2013, Tom worked as vineyard manger at Rappahannock Cellars where he oversaw 22 acres of vineyards. During this time, he had the privilege to work with several award winning winemakers. In 2004, he became involved with the Virginia Vineyards Association where he served on the board of directors as President. In 2013, he created Kelly Vineyard Service an independent consulting company that services Northern Virginia.
Tasting room Manager
Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Received his bachelor’s degree in Communications and Graphic Art at The Sacred Heart University. Worked as an Art Manager in the Washington, DC area for most of his professional career. Most recently studied in Costigliole D'asti, Italy where he was certified as a Chocolatier at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners. After completing an internship at Roberto Vigganotti's Chocolate shop in Genoa, Italy, joined Muchas Uvas Winery where he is serving up wine with his chocolates.
Originally from Ohio, Carin obtained an associate degree in Backcountry Horsemanship and Wilderness Skills from Hocking College. She has 15 years of equine experience riding in both English and Western. She currently provides riding lessons at High Meadow. Carin also drives single and pair. Carin never stops seeking new techniques and knowledge so as to ensure the care, safety, and fun of every guest.
